May 19 2018 Elephant Terrace (鬥象台), Suor Prat Towers (十二生肖塔)

The terrace was used by Angkor's king Jayavarman VII as a platform from which to view his victorious returning army. It was attached to the palace of Phimeanakas. Suor Prat Towers is a series of twelve rugged laterite and sandstone towers spanned north to south lining the eastern side of royal square.
